Digital packet fees are final after delivery.
Censum does not offer refunds for delivered evidence packets or Long-Shot snapshots. These products deliver digital analysis that can be read, copied, downloaded, and used immediately. Because of that, packet and snapshot fees are final once the product is delivered. We still correct duplicate charges, failed delivery, wrong-product routing, materially broken files, and other billing or delivery errors.
No refund after delivery
Once a packet or Long-Shot snapshot is delivered or made available, the fee is final. A disagreement with the model, comps, estimated odds, filing choice, or county outcome is not a refund trigger because the report value has already been delivered and can be copied or used right away.
If the wrong product was delivered, the packet failed to deliver, a duplicate charge posted, or the file is materially broken, email support so we can correct the billing or delivery issue.
Next-year credit if the Board grants no reduction
Every paid packet tier includes a next-year credit. If the Cook County Board of Review grants no reduction and you filed on time, your paid packet fee becomes a credit toward next year's packet for the same property.
This is a future Censum credit, not a cash refund, savings guarantee, or promise that an appeal will win. Long-Shot is not a paid packet tier and does not include this credit.
No charge unless there is a verified qualifying reduction
If you choose the no-risk Success Plan, Stripe saves your payment method and Censum delivers the packet without charging the packet fee upfront. The flat $149 Success Plan amount, plus any selected optional add-ons, is charged only after Censum verifies a qualifying reduction.
The Success Plan is not a percentage fee and does not include the no-reduction carryforward credit. If no qualifying reduction is verified, there is no Success Plan charge and no next-year credit because no packet fee was paid.
Concierge delivery review
Concierge is a workflow-support add-on. If Censum fails to deliver the paid Concierge handoff promised for your purchased workflow, we review the Concierge fee separately. The underlying evidence-packet fee is not refunded once the packet has been delivered.
Missed deadlines caused by incomplete customer information, missing authorization, unavailable documents, or customer-controlled county portal steps do not convert a delivered packet into a refundable product.
